Responsibilities: | a) Responsible for general filing and typing. b) Filing and typing of simple meeting minutes. c) Ensure all office equipments i.e. fax, photocopier, time recorder, air-conditioners, fans, server, lightings & pantry items (air pot, water dispenser and etc) and other items are functional at all times and all are turned off during non office hours. d) Sourcing for new products. e) Booking / purchasing of air-tickets and hotel room reservation. f) Undertake other job responsibilities assigned by superior. |
